Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand): Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days.

International Shipping: We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by location (typically 7–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
